HOW TO USE

Replace each meal with one soup into 200ml hot water. Do not use boiling water, three times a day. IMPORTANT: Pour contents into a mug. Add approx. 50ml warm water and mix to form a thin paste. Add 150ml hot water and stir until
dissolved.

One serve of a VLCD soup can be replaced with one serve of any other product in the VLCD range.

We recommend that a minimum of 2 litres of water and 2 cups of mainly green vegetables are consumed in addition the VLCD soup daily.
