Creamy Choc-Banana Frappe

Try this rich, refreshing, and guilt-free shake to spice things up! 

Calories: Under 300 kcal

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving of any Chocolate Shake from our range (excluding platium)

  • ½ small frozen banana 

  • 100ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 100ml cold water

  • ½ tsp instant coffee

  • 1 tsp natural peanut butter (optional, for richness)

  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender: shake powder, frozen banana, almond milk, water, instant coffee, peanut butter (if using), and ice.

  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.

  3. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy with a straw or spoon.


Swap tip:

  • Want to bring it down even more? Skip the peanut butter!

  • Want to boost the protein? Add a teaspoon of chia seeds for texture and added nutrition.
